The Afri-Piano series: Compositions for the Developing Pianist by South African Composers. Liezl-Marét Jacobs will share her thoughts on the birth and growth of this series. The pedagogical value of the compositions will be highlighted and the audience will enjoy an informal performance of selected pieces from all fourteen volumes. Hendrik Hofmeyr will join Liezl-Marét in showcasing Volume 14 – Postcard Preludes.
